Location and Geography

    Ternate is found at the northern tip of Cavite. To its southwest lies the town of Maragondon and to its southeast lies the town of Naic. It is approximately 60 kilometers from Manila.

    Cavite lies at the southwest of Manila Bay across the Bataan Peninsula and extends eastward along the shoreline until it reaches the historic Zapote Bridge. It is bounded by the province of Rizal and Laguna in the east; by Batangas in the south; by China Sea in the west.

    The Philippine Tourism Authority obtained the property through a series of acquisitions from private individuals. It is ideal for housing or inland resort development projects. The land is adjacent to the Ternate Beach Resort where you can find some of the finest beaches nearest to Manila. How to get there

    Going to Ternate takes 1 ˝ - 2 hours by car, depending on the traffic. Upon exit at the Manila-Cavite coastal road, turn right to Gen. Aguinaldo Highway. You will pass through the historic towns of Bacoor, Gen. Trias, Tanza, and Naic before reaching the town of Ternate. Take the road leading to Puerto Azul and you will find a conspicuous sign marking the PTA property. There are public transports regularly plying the Manila-Ternate route. Traveling by bus may take 3 hours.
