Project Description
The resort was built primarily as a Presidential Rest House for former President Ferdinand Marcos. The rest house has 7 large, fully carpeted and air conditioned rooms with toilet and bath (2 of the rooms are fronting the beach), a pavilion / conference room, a bar, outdoor bath/shower cubicles and picnic sheds. Additional facilities constructed within the property consist of a hotel, a hostel, 2 swimming pools, and a lanai restaurant.

| How to get there |
From Manila, it is 4 to 4 1/2 hour drive via the North Expressway taking the Urdaneta-Dagupan routes or from the La Union, the Damortis-San Fabian route.
