The Village is nestled within the slopes of Cugman watershed in Cagayan de Oro City overlooking the Macalajar Bay.

Project Description
The village is a proud showcase of Mindanao’s exotic culture through a wondrous display of artifacts, theme cottages and its unique architectural designs - all blended to the natural environment. It gives us a glimpse of the rich customs and traditions of ethnic Mindanaoans which form part of the great Filipino heritage.

- The village has an abundance of eco-trails connecting to an 800 hectare reforested area.
- It offers theme cottages resembling architectural designs traditionally used in the south.
- The village was designed in such a way that it blends beautifully with its natural environment.
- Cagayan de Oro is known as the home of adventurers and thrill seekers due to the various outdoor activities available such as:
White-water rafting

 Northern Mindanao has consistently attracted tourists with at least 500,000 visitors yearly. Tourism over a five year period (1997-2001) peaked in 1999 with 591,630 tourists visiting the region. The number of tourists visiting the region averaged 554,174 for the past five years.

| How to get there |
All local airlines have regular flight schedules going to Cagayan De Oro. Gardens of Malasag Eco-Tourism is an hour’s drive from the airport, taxis are available outside the airport. |
