The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Tourism Authority, wishes to announce the postponement of the submission of accomplished eligibility requirements dated April 28, 2008 for the Replacement of DOT Bldg. Roofing Sheets located at Kalaw St., Manila until further notice due to the following grounds:
1. Revision of the project's scope of work
2. The letters of invitation were not received by the observers in time for them to
attend the scheduled proceeding;
