The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Tourism Authority announces that Negotiated Procurement prescribed under Section 53.a of the IRR-A of R.A. 9184 shall be adopted in the procurement requirements for the Renovation of COA Office located at DOT Bldg., T.M. Kalaw, Ermita, Manila after two scheduled biddings were declared bid failures.
